Ron Mentzer is the host of the Tracks & Tackle Podcast and a founding member of Mentzer Outdoors. Known as the “Timber Cowboy” to some and the “Arrow Eagle” to others, Ron combines his passion for self-filming and storytelling to document his outdoor adventures. Fueled by a love for nature and the desire to inspire future generations of outdoorsmen, Ron uses his podcast to connect with the hunting community and promote the motto, "Nature is our Playground"

Brady Mentzer, known as the “Hollywood Horse”, is the original co-host of the Tracks & Tackle Podcast and a key member of the Mentzer Outdoors family. 

With a passion for bowhunting and fishing, Brady spends most of his free time exploring the outdoors. He also plays a vital role in creating and producing content for the Mentzer Outdoors YouTube channel, combining his love for nature with his dedication to storytelling.

Born and raised in the rolling foothills of the Appalachian mountains just south of the Mason Dixon line, Kris grew up hunting, fishing and running through the woods, streams and his family farms in north central Maryland. 

Growing up in strict White-Tailed Deer hunting household, his interests shifted as he got older into fishing, small game hunting and eventually into his new favorite venture … waterfowl hunting. 

In 2015, along with 2 friends 3B Outdoors Club was started to bring back and celebrate the oldschool traditions of hunt camp camaraderie and brotherhood in a modern world. 

Matt “Buck” Mentzer grew up hunting with his cousin Ron, forging their bond while learning the ways of the outdoors together. As an experienced archer, Matt dedicates his time to coaching youth and passing on his passion for flinging arrows. 

A proud member of the Mentzer Outdoors Field Staff, he plays a key role in creating content for the channel and serves as a regular guest contributor on the Tracks & Tackle Podcast.
